Call Centre Coordinator

• Assist and provide support in monitoring clients' wellbeing through regular check-ins and directing clients to appropriate community resources
• Coordinate health and social care administration with various stakeholders
• Maintain updated documentation of care plans
• Encourage and empower clients towards healthy lifestyle changes
• Escalate complex cases to senior coordinators when required
• Ensure consistent service standards and execute daily operational workflows
• Maintain confidentiality whilst safeguarding client data
• Achieve service levels as determined and maintain low abandoned call rates through efficient call handling
• Support community outreach and engagement efforts as required

Requirement

• Minimum GCE N Level and above
• Minimum 4 years working experience in contact centre or eldercare
• Required to work 12 hours rotating shift
