Qualifications & experience
We are looking for a talented Call Centre Customer Service Rep who knows how to deliver exceptional service by understanding our customer's needs.
- Rotational roster includes weekends
- Previous Call Centre/customer service experiences an advantage
- Attention to detail and good computer skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in any situation
Tasks & responsibilities
- Over the phone interaction with customers creating a positive experience
- Be able to multi task between multiple software systems
- Responding to customer emails
- Offereing vehicle hire options to new and existing customers
- Tourism knowledge of New Zealand
- Assisting with daily administration
- RCM experience preferred
