What they need
Manage call centre operations, lead allocation, follow-ups and team performance. Monitor calls, lead conversion, customer satisfaction and MIS reports while coordinating with tele sales teams to achieve business targets and ensure quality processes.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with 4-8 years’ experience in call centre head preferably in automobile or sales. Strong communication, team handling, CRM, lead management, customer service and MIS skills.
