Call Centre Operator

We're looking for 3 experienced Customer Service/Call Centre Operators to join a busy contact centre team supporting the TrainLink Travel & Recreation business line based in Parramatta.

About the Role

As a Contact Centre Operator, you will assist customers with enquiries while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience (call centre, administration, retail or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous office-based experience
• Strong computer skills, including:
• Government experience is advantageous but not essential

Working Hours

• Up to 35 hours per week
• Rotating roster between 6am to 10pm
• Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
• Two-week rotating shifts (early, mid and late shifts)

Hybrid working arrangements may be available after successful completion of training and competency assessments, subject to business requirements.
