Call Centre Operator

Responsibilities

(Long-term Contract)

• Handle incoming hotline calls from internal staff regarding MVAC and general facilities maintenance requests
• Create, update, and assign maintenance work orders accurately through the MAXIMO system
• Provide timely work order status updates, respond to follow-up enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with technicians and Projects-in-Charge (PICs) to monitor repair progress and facilitate issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of call logs, work orders, status updates, and related documentation in MAXIMO and other tracking databases

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Experience in a Call Centre, customer service, or helpdesk environment is an advantage
• Practical experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, specifically IBM MAXIMO, is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to liaise seamlessly between non-technical end-users, internal management, and the FMD repair teams
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage shift schedules and multi-task under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with Chinese and English word processing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese required)
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays
