Call Centre Representative

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, incoming & outgoing messages, and customer enquiries

• Provide accurate information on services, promotions, and packages

• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments

• Follow up with leads, existing customers, and no-show appointments

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

• Work closely with outlets to coordinate bookings and customer requests

• Ensure excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships

• Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential and existing customers

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and enquiries efficiently

• Is confident in managing appointments and follow-ups
