About the position

We are seeking a full-time and part-time enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our centralised call centre team.

As the first point of contact for patients and external service providers, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive experience through professional, compassionate, and efficient support. You'll confidently manage a high volume of enquiries, coordinate patient needs, and ensure callers receive accurate information and timely assistance.

What we're looking for

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Previous experience in a medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service call centre role is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Calm and professional under pressure, with a proactive approach
• Experience with Medtech Evolution or Indici is advantageous but not essential
• Commitment to providing equitable healthcare and outstanding patient experiences
