Call Centre Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Call Centre Agent with 1–2 years of relevant call centre experience to handle customer calls, manage orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with order-related issues, complaints, and queries.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for timely order delivery and resolution of complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order details.
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre, preferably in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer queries.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
