Call handler

Bury St Edmunds Veterinary Centre in an independently owned, by Jenny and Carly, Small animal veterinary practice in Bury St Edmunds. We opened in 2019 and our team of 8 has grown to over 50 since then including our sister practice Needham Market Veterinary Centre that opened last year.

To enable us to continue to provide a fantastic service to our clients we have looked at our call data. This has shown that over 50% of the days calls come into the practice during our first 4 hours of the day. This is why we are looking for a call handler to be based within the practice to work 8-12 Monday-Friday.

The role would be based in our office and you would be responsible for answering the phones, booking appointments, dealing with medication requests and general client queries.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
