Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Auditor to evaluate call quality, ensure compliance with quality standards, and help improve overall team performance through regular audits, coaching, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions as per quality standards.
• Conduct call audits and maintain QA scorecards.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Analyze quality trends and share actionable insights with Team Leads and Management.
• Participate in calibration sessions to maintain audit consistency.
• Support training and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or Call Quality Analyst.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong listening, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to provide objective feedback and coaching.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience auditing customer service or sales calls is preferred.
