Responsibilities:

As a Call Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers and supporting dealership operations through phone and online communication.

Your duties may include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with general inquiries
• Making outbound calls to follow up with potential and existing customers
• Scheduling appointments for vehicle viewings, test drives, and service visits
• Providing information about dealership services and customer options
• Updating customer information in company systems
• Following up with leads and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Responding professionally and promptly to customer questions
• Working with the dealership team to ensure excellent customer experiences

Qualifications:

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Comfortable learning new software and systems

Previous call centre, sales, customer service, or automotive experience is an asset but not required.
