Call Setter

Location : On Site - Bali | Full-time

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Call Setter to join our team and help turn qualified leads into booked appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm and potential leads.
• Follow up with leads from social media, advertising, and other channels.
• Understand lead needs and qualify prospects based on set criteria.
• Introduce our products/services clearly and professionally.
• Schedule qualified prospects for calls or appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in our CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads who are not yet ready.
• Meet daily and monthly call, qualification, and appointment-setting targets.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Able to handle objections and keep conversations engaging.
• Persuasive without being overly pushy.
• Target-driven, organised, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic digital tools.
• Good English communication skills.
• Based in Bali and available to work full-time.
