Call Handling: Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups in fluent Tamil.Query Resolution: Solve customer complaints, service requests, and product questions.Data Updating: Record call logs, customer data, and lead statuses accurately in the computer system or CRM.Escalation: Forward complex or unresolved technical and service problems to senior teams.Targets: Meet daily productivity metrics, call metrics, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) goals.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
