Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/candidates as per the requirement.
• Handle incoming calls and provide relevant information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi.
• Follow up with customers/candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Update calling status, remarks, and follow-up details in Excel.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
• Escalate important issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating.

Required Skills:

• Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Comfortable working with calling targets and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to maintain records and update data accurately.
• Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Candidate:

• Good Hindi speaking skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Basic Excel knowledge such as data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining records.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
