Calling Executive

Are you a skilled telecaller with expertise in MS-Excel and a strong command over spoken and written English and Hindi? As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our services and generate leads. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of interactions in MS-Excel, communicating effectively in both English and Hindi, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch our services and generate leads.
2. Maintain a database of leads and update information regularly in MS-Excel.
3. Follow up with potential clients via phone calls and emails to ensure a high conversion rate.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and retention.
7. Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends to enhance our services.
