Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
• Follow up with existing clients and prospective customers.
• Explain company products and services professionally over the phone.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily calling records, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM.
• Handle customer queries and share relevant information.
• Submit daily work reports and achieve assigned calling targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in making calls and handling customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
