What You’ll Do:

• Create Precise Models: Design and develop detailed Revit models for HVAC, architectural sheet metal, and custom fabrication projects.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate design execution and coordination.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications while maintaining high levels of quality.
• Support Projects: Assist with clash detection, constructability reviews, and project planning using cutting-edge software tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Revit software, with a focus on MEP design and coordination.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Revit in commercial HVAC, construction, or related industries.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to create and maintain accurate, detailed, and organized models and drawings.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving design challenges.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively while excelling independently.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with team members, clients, and contractors.
