Calling- Sales Agents

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Center Representative responds to incoming calls, records service requests, and coordinates with roadside and service center teams to ensure timely assistance. Daily responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services, logging case details into internal systems, and following up to support customer satisfaction. The role involves handling basic troubleshooting questions, managing call queues, and escalating complex issues to relevant departments. Call Center Representatives are expected to maintain clear communication, adhere to company procedures, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to perform core Customer Service Representative duties and deliver high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with a customer-centered approach to communication and problem-solving.
• Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a call center or similar environment.
• Good Computer Literacy, including use of call center software, CRM tools, email, and basic office applications.
• Clear and professional spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple calls, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Prior experience in automotive services, roadside assistance, or related industries is beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or customer service training is a plus
