JD PSPL-MVIS001: Camera & IoT Systems Engineer
Role Overview
Design, integrate, and optimize end-to-end camera and IoT systems for railway track defect detection. Owner of image quality, camera hardware integration, ISP processing, video encoding, IoT connectivity, device management, and edge-cloud synchronization. Ensure high-quality visual input and reliable real-time data flow across 100+ distributed railway sites.
- Typical Consultant Engagement: 4-6 months for integration; ongoing quarterly for monitoring./ Full time whichever is cost effective
Key Responsibilities
Camera Integration & SDK
- Integrate industrial camera SDKs (Basler, FLIR, Allied Vision, IDS, Lucid)
- Implement camera drivers, parameter control, multi-camera synchronization
- Build camera health monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Support field deployment with configuration guides
