Job Summary

We are looking for a Camera Tracking Executive to monitor vehicle camera/CCTV footage and tracking systems, identify safety and operational violations, maintain daily reports, and coordinate with the Operations and HR teams for necessary action.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor multiple vehicles and incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle camera/CCTV tracking systems continuously as per assigned shift.
• Track driver activities and identify unsafe driving, mobile phone usage, seat belt violations, smoking, distraction, overspeeding, harsh driving, and other safety violations.
• Review camera alerts and verify incidents through available footage.
• Record and maintain daily camera monitoring reports.
• Prepare incident reports with vehicle number, driver name, date, time, location, and nature of violation.
• Immediately report critical safety violations to the Operations Manager / Supervisor / HR Team.
• Coordinate with Operations regarding repeated driver violations and corrective actions.
• Maintain driver-wise and vehicle-wise violation records.
• Monitor vehicle movement and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
• Follow up on pending incidents and ensure proper closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
• Maintain proper documentation of camera-related incidents and corrective actions.
• Support the HR/Operations team in driver discipline, safety monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Ensure confidentiality of camera footage and company information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with monitoring/tracking software.
• Ability to prepare daily MIS reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidates

• Freshers with good computer knowledge can apply.
• Candidates with experience in CCTV Monitoring, GPS Tracking, Fleet Monitoring, Transport Operations, Control Room, or MIS will be preferred.
• Candidates with transportation/fleet industry experience will have an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
