Camo with helicopter experience

Sevilla, Spain

Salary Range - FROM 20k to 25k maximum. Euros per annum Plus benefits on top of this

Here we need:

Technician or engineer with aerospace experience preferably helicopter division.

Knowing technical data,

Knowing Maintenance Information system (MIS) tools such as ENVISION, RAMKO, ADSoftware, TRAX etc... is a plus

Capable to ready maintenance documentation such as Service Bulletin, technical data (AMM. IPC. etc...)

Knowledge of maintenance program also.

To support our continued growth in Spain, we are recruiting Junior and Senior CAMO MIS Data Pack Engineers to join our team in Sevilla.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary CAMO team responsible for the preparation, loading, validation and management of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness data within customer information systems.

Your Responsibilities

MIS Data Pack Preparation & Validation

• Analyse customer maintenance data packages prior to system loading
• Review aircraft records and maintenance documentation for completeness and consistency
• Validate maintenance program data, task cards, component information and aircraft configuration records
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before system integration
• Support data cleansing and data quality improvement activities

Data Loading Activities

• Prepare and upload maintenance and engineering data into CAMO information systems
• Support migration of historical aircraft maintenance records
• Ensure accurate creation and update of:
• Aircraft records
• Maintenance tasks
• Component data
• Serialised parts information
• Maintenance planning data
• Airworthiness directives and service bulletins
• Verify successful data integration and perform post-loading validation checks

CAMO Information System Support

• Support users during data migration and implementation activities
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and loading status
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for CAMO data management
• Support digitalisation and continuous improvement projects

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with customer procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain traceability and integrity of aircraft maintenance records
• Support audits and quality reviews related to maintenance data management
• Prepare KPI reports and progress status reports

Who You Are

• Experience in aerospace maintenance, engineering data management or CAMO activities
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and records
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance planning concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Required Skills

Junior Profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience in aerospace engineering, maintenance or data management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• English fluent (written and spoken)

Senior Profile

• 5+ years of experience in CAMO, maintenance planning, aircraft records or MIS data management
• Experience with maintenance information systems such as:
• AMOS
• AMASIS
• ENVISION
• SAP
• AD Software
• other CAMO/MRO platforms
• Experience with aircraft data migration projects is highly desirable
• Strong data analysis and quality assurance capabilities
• English fluent (written and spoken)

Preferred Assets

• Knowledge of EASA Part-M, CAMO and Part-145 environments
• Experience with Aerospace client aircraft programmes
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with data migration, digital transformation or system implementation projects
