- Develop recovery plans for reported aircraft defects and operational discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to optimise maintenance activity in line with operational schedules.
- Manage short, medium, and long-term maintenance planning to support fleet availability and commercial objectives.
- Review maintenance work packages, ensuring all documentation, approvals, certifications, and sign-offs are completed accurately.

- Participate in daily operational and maintenance planning meetings.
- Support the assessment and implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and modifications.
- Monitor fleet technical status and coordinate maintenance activities with CAMO, Operations, and maintenance providers.

- Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, record-keeping, and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
