Camp Boss

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to manage company accommodation facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day camp operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized camp environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company accommodation/camp.
• Manage room allocation, occupancy records, and camp inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the camp facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs.
• Monitor camp discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics when required.
• Liaise with HR and site management regarding employee accommodation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE labour regulations.
• Handle employee concerns related to accommodation professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction or contracting companies.
• Familiarity with camp administration and accommodation management.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
