Job Position:- Camp Boss

Industry: - Oil & Gas / Catering Services

Job Responsibilities :-

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration of the offshore camp facilities.
• Ensure accommodation areas, common areas, recreation rooms, dining areas, kitchens, toilets, laundry areas, and other utility facilities are maintained to the required standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of accommodation and camp facilities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and proper housekeeping standards are maintained.

Key Performance Expectations

The Offshore Camp Boss is expected to ensure:-

• Safe and efficient operation of the offshore camp.
• Consistently high standards of accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and hygiene.
• Effective food safety and quality control.
• Accurate inventory and store management.
• Timely availability of camp consumables and supplies.
• Prompt response to client requests and complaints.
• Effective HSEQ performance and hazard identification.
• Proper management of waste and environmental requirements.
• Accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Effective management of emergencies and operational disruptions.
• Continuous improvement in camp services and customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:-

• Basic :- 3000 to 3500 SAR per month (Based on your Performance)
• Other Allowance: SAR 1,000 per month
• Free Food + Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company
• Vacation: 30 days paid leave after completion of the 1-year contract + Air Ticket: Round-trip ticket provided for the vacation.
