Camp Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Camp Coordinator to oversee camp operations across multiple camp locations. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for ensuring that our camp staff are well-supported, comfortable, and equipped to do their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Camps Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics across multiple camp locations seamlessly.
• Accommodation Management: Coordinate and secure comfortable housing arrangements for all camp staff, ensuring facilities meet safety and quality standards.
• Catering & Food Services: Plan, source, and manage food and dietary arrangements for staff members across all sites.
• Transportation Logistics: Organize safe and reliable daily transportation for staff to and from the camps.
• Vendor & Resource Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers, landlords, and transport providers to negotiate rates and maintain quality service.
• Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve any staff grievances or operational hiccups related to food, lodging, or transport.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Camp Coordinator or in a similar operational role (managing multiple camps is a strong plus).
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle staff relations and vendor negotiations.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license (is an advantage) and flexibility to travel between camp locations as needed.
