Camp Operations Supervisor

• Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring seamless execution of all programs and activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of camp counselors and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and health standards for campers and staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in camp administration or operations management.
• Proven track record in staff supervision, training, and team leadership within a camp setting.
• Salary: 3500 + Visa + Accom +Transport +Company car with fuel
• UAE Driving License: Mandatory
