Camp PRO

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities for conducting medical camps and health awareness camps in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with societies, corporates, schools, communities, local organizations, and other institutions for camp arrangements.
• Generate patient leads through medical camps, awareness activities, and local outreach programs.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and centre staff to ensure smooth execution of camps.
• Handle complete pre-camp, camp-day, and post-camp activities.
• Promote hospital/IVF services and create awareness about available treatments and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with local contacts, organizations, doctors, and referral sources.
• Ensure proper registration and collection of patient details/leads during camps and submit them to the concerned team.
• Coordinate patient follow-ups with the counselling/reception team to improve conversion.
• Achieve assigned camp, lead-generation, and patient-footfall targets.
• Maintain daily records of camp activities, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the Team Leader / Business Development Head.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new areas and potential camp opportunities.
• Support other business development and promotional activities as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
