Campaign Canvasser / Door Knocker

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly individuals to join a local municipal election campaign as Campaign Canvassers / Door Knockers.

Responsibilities

• Door knock in assigned neighbourhoods
• Speak with residents about the candidate and campaign priorities
• Distribute campaign literature and flyers
• Identify supporters and record feedback accurately
• Ask residents about lawn sign interest when instructed
• Follow assigned canvassing maps and routes
• Report completed areas and results to the campaign team
• Represent the candidate professionally and respectfully

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable speaking with new people
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to walk outdoors for several hours
• Good communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable using a phone for maps and campaign communication
• Previous canvassing, sales, customer service, community outreach, or campaign experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
