Campaign Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain contact lists, including names and phone numbers, in the campaign platform for various campaigns and clients
• Review contact data for accuracy, duplicates, and formatting before each campaign
• Draft new campaign messaging or select from approved templates
• Submit messaging for review and obtain approval before any campaign is sent
• Schedule and send campaigns according to the approved timeline
• Monitor incoming responses and reply promptly using approved guidelines
• Flag questions, issues, or opportunities to the appropriate team member
• Keep simple records and reports of campaign activity and response outcomes

About you

• Previous campaign, data entry, administrative, marketing, or customer support experience preferred
• Strong written English communication skills
• Accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and online platforms
• Able to follow processes and approval steps consistently
• Professional, friendly tone when responding to contacts
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
