Campaign Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Delivery Coordinator to support the seamless execution and delivery of digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be strong in coordination, stakeholder management, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Coordinate end-to-end delivery of purchased campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing
📊 Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot
🤝 Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution
📝 Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing
📅 Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
📁 Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and ensure readiness of campaign materials
💡 Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics
🔍 Identify and escalate issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✅ Strong project coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot is a plus)
✅ Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or advertising platforms is an advantage
✅ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
✅ Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-volume operational environment
