As a Campaign Delivery Executive at oOh!, you’ll join a close-knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries.

The Campaign Delivery Team sits within the Platforms, Operations and Delivery function of the Revenue & Growth department at oOh!media. The team is responsible for generating, quality-assuring and issuing media contracts and variations across multiple product suites with accuracy and speed, while supporting stakeholders through a strong customer-service lens. With the Sales team empowered to book campaigns directly, this role ensures quality control, workflow efficiency, and seamless coordination across the sales cycle.

Based in South Melbourne, you’ll be surrounded by experienced specialists, with opportunities to learn, grow, and be supported by both your manager and your team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contract Management & Quality Assurance: Generate, quality-assure, and issue media contracts and contract variations across all products (Street, Rail, Retail, Road, Airport, Study & Office), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and reliable support.
• System & Product Expertise: Develop a solid working knowledge of oOh!’s CRM and booking systems, along with inventory, pricing, and business rules to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification, and contribute to training initiatives and project activities that enhance team efficiency.
• Campaign Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot campaign issues quickly and accurately to ensure smooth resolution and minimal workflow disruption. Investigate and resolve contract and invoicing enquiries collaboratively with stakeholders to maintain financial reconciliation.
• Operational Execution: Manage shared inboxes, coordinate and order Pro Photos, issue IOs, and prepare small-format poster installs. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless day-to-day team operations.

What you’ll bring:

• Organisational Skills: Highly motivated, exceptionally organised, and able to multitask and handle high volumes of requests in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Attention to Detail & Process Orientation: A meticulous eye for detail, process-driven mindset, and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
• Technical Aptitude: Eagerness and capability to learn and operate new platforms and tools, along with proficiency in MS Office.
• Relevant Background: Previous customer service or administration support experience is ideal.
• Valued Mindset: Out of Home advertising media experience is preferred, but not necessary—just a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting and fast-paced industry!
