What they need

Junior Campaign Executive

UK-based | Global Creator Marketing Agency | £28,000 - £30,000

About IRG Media

IRG Media is a global creator marketing agency helping brands build meaningful connections through creators, culture and content. We combine creative thinking, smart creator partnerships and performance-led strategy to deliver campaigns that feel native to audiences and drive real results.

We’re a team of 11: roughly eight in delivery, two to three in sales, with an operations hire joining this quarter. We’re a young company in a fast industry, and both of those things are true in ways you’ll feel. We’re small, so what you own is genuinely yours, and your work and impact are visible from day one.

What we do:

  • Creator campaigns for global brands, from brief and contract through to live content and reporting
  • Creator discovery and partnerships , from our own network and through outbound
  • Reporting and insight , understanding why content worked and what to do next

Why This Role Exists

Our Campaign team sits at the centre of IRG, connecting clients, creators and internal teams to get great work live. As we grow, we need more people who can run creator collaborations end to end, at volume, without anything slipping.

This is a junior role, and we’re hiring for attitude over experience. Deep influencer marketing knowledge is teachable. Being organised, fast and proactive is much harder to teach, and it’s what we care about most. The ambition is high: most people in this kind of role manage 20 to 25 creator collaborations a month. We want to build you up to 40 to 50.

The Role

As our Junior Campaigns Executive, you’ll take creator collaborations from contract to live to reported, across several brands at once. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for creators, keep every campaign moving, and make sure the information about where things stand is always current and easy to find.

Day to day, you’ll work with and report to our Campaign Managers, with our Influencer Director overseeing the team.

End-to-End Campaign Delivery

  • Run creator collaborations from start to finish: contracts, briefs, creator comms, going live and reporting
  • Brief creators clearly and keep on top of timelines, content submissions, revisions and approvals
  • Check content against the brief before it moves to final approval
  • Pull together campaign and creator performance data for client reporting

Creator Discovery

  • Find the right creators for each brief, from our existing network and through outbound
  • Look beyond follower count to brand, audience and cultural fit
  • Flag competitive conflicts and previous brand partnerships where relevant

Market & Competitor Research

  • Support the Influencer Director with market and competitor research
  • Keep an eye on how other brands are showing up in creator marketing, and bring what you find back to the team

Operational Hygiene

  • Keep ClickUp current at the end of every day, not the end of the week
  • Manage creator comms through Gmail, and internal and client comms through Slack
  • Stay on top of contracts, invoices and campaign admin so nothing is overdue
  • Make sure that if anyone asked what state a campaign was in right now, the answer is already visible

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves

  • Highly organised, fast and proactive: you deal with problems before they land, not after
  • Experience using Slack and a CRM or project management tool such as ClickUp, Monday or Trello
  • Clear, confident written English, since most creator comms happen over email
  • Comfort juggling a high volume of live collaborations across several brands at once
  • A genuine interest in creators, social and the wider creator economy
  • The instinct to flag something early rather than hope it resolves itself

Nice-to-haves

  • One to two years’ agency experience, ideally in influencer marketing, talent or social
  • Experience negotiating rates and deliverables with creators or talent managers
  • Comfort with campaign numbers such as reach, views, engagement and CPM
  • An existing creator network you can bring ideas from

Probably not the right fit if

  • You prefer to wait to be told what to do next
  • You tend to go quiet when things go wrong, rather than flagging them
  • You see trackers, statuses and admin as somebody else’s job
  • You’re looking for more stability, structure or separation than a small, fast-growing team can offer right now. That’s a legitimate thing to want; it’s just not what this is

Location & Working Hours

This is a UK-based role. You’ll work UK hours so you’re available to the team, creators and clients when they need you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £28,000 to £30,000 a year , depending on experience
  • Flexibility within the range for candidates with one to two years’ agency experience
  • Real ownership and faster progression than you’d get at a larger agency
  • Direct feedback, so you always know where you stand
  • 26 Days Paid Holiday.

Our Interview Process

We keep it short and focused:

  • Initial screen (30 minutes) with Hayra, covering your notice period, salary expectations, what’s drawing you to IRG and why you’re looking to move
  • Stage 1: Culture interview (30 to 45 minutes) with Reyan, our Founder and CEO, based on the IRG Standard
  • Stage 2: Practical task and final interview, where you present your task to our Influencer Director and talk through your thinking

Other offers great for you!
