Campaign Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Facebook Ads manager and Google Search, Display and Video Ads.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of paid media campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Analyse campaign performance data and identify trends and insights to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
• An individual who is proactive, sincere, and capable of taking responsibility for managing high-value clients with annual expenditure of up to 1 million dollars. Data-driven with a consumer-first focus.
• Deep understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of collaboration.
• Must be good in numbers/calculations and MS Excel

Skills and Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing / Analytics
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Passionate about helping customers achieve their performance and sustainability goals
• Google ads certification is a must, Facebook Blueprint Certification, a huge plus

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Candidates (Fresher to 1 year experience) with good understanding of Google Search, Facebook ads, Paid advertising campaigns is must.
