Campaign Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager — Concierge Outbound to own outbound campaign programs for our dealership customers from planning through execution, follow-up, and reporting.

You will work directly with dealerships to understand their business needs, analyze customer data, identify campaign opportunities, launch outreach campaigns, manage follow-ups, and improve performance over time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and confident communicating with US-based customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand dealership needs: Learn each dealership’s goals, priorities, service capacity, operational limitations, and approval requirements.
• Analyze customer and campaign data: Identify valuable audiences and opportunities using customer data, service history, and previous campaign performance.
• Plan and execute campaigns: Prepare target audiences, confirm offers and eligibility, configure outreach, and manage campaign launches.
• Monitor campaign performance: Review conversations, identify errors or booking issues, and recommend improvements.
• Manage follow-ups: Handle routine customer requests, coordinate questions requiring dealership input, and ensure unresolved issues are followed through to completion.
• Build strong customer relationships: Communicate clearly with dealerships, manage expectations, and maintain a high level of service.
• Report results: Clearly communicate campaign reach, engagement, appointments, key findings, and recommended next steps.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify process gaps and take initiative to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.
• Use AI and technology: Leverage AI tools and database queries to analyze data, investigate issues, and improve campaign execution while independently validating results.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must — excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate confidently with US-based customers and businesses.
• Strong experience working with US-based customers or companies.
• Proven experience in customer service, account management, customer success, outbound campaigns, marketing operations, or service delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to understand customer needs and distinguish priorities from noise.
• Excellent organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers, campaigns, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Comfortable using technology, AI tools, and database queries for analysis and execution.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability for results.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in automotive services or dealership operations.
• Experience in outbound marketing or campaign management.
• Experience working with US-based businesses as a service delivery partner.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and operational workflows.
• Experience with customer databases, campaign platforms, or CRM systems.
