About the role

We are seeking a talented Campaign Marketing professional to join the Gother team in Klongtoey, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in developing, executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As a Campaign Marketing specialist, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations, translating strategic objectives into compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Planning: Formulate and develop end-to-end marketing campaign strategies aligned with core business objectives, target audience personas, and seasonal travel demands.

• Execution & Omnichannel Coordination: Oversee campaign rollouts across digital and offline channels, ensuring branding consistency, clear value propositions, and seamless customer journeys.

• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Continuously track, analyze, and evaluate campaign metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rates, GMV) using analytics platforms to maximize marketing efficiency.

• Data-Driven A/B Testing: Conduct systematic A/B testing on campaign creatives, messaging, promotional mechanics, and landing pages to discover and scale top-performing tactics.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Campaign Managers, Product Teams, Business

• Development, Commercial, and Creative teams to ensure seamlessly synchronized campaign execution.

• Reporting & Strategic Insights: Prepare comprehensive campaign performance dashboards, post-mortem reviews, and actionable recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years of proven experience in Campaign Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Growth within OTA, Travel Tech, E-commerce,

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and marketing automation tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai

• Familiarity with CRM & Automation tools

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and deadlines

• Creative thinking combined with analytical problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM or social media advertising is preferred
