As a Campaign Operations Associate for Blockboard, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of campaigns which includes, campaign set-up, QA and daily optimizations. In addition, you will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure clients needs are consistently met and company standards are upheld.

Job Responsibilities:
Implement and manage ad campaigns, from insertion order through set-up and delivery
Analyze large amounts of data and translate into actionable items for internal partners
Utilize our proprietary platform to optimize performance KPI objectives
Work closely with Account Management and Technology teams to ensure client goals are achieved
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
Learn, analyze, and anticipate customer and advertiser needs, technical capabilities, and data available, to drive decision-making and identify new opportunities
Conduct post-mortems on campaigns
Support creation and improvement of operational processes

Experiences / Skills / Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in digital ad operations or QA at a publisher, an ad tech company, ad agency, or ad network
Knowledge of CTV / OTT advertising a plus
Experience in video advertising with a premium publish or agency
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Analytical and process-oriented
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strategic alignment cross-functionally
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of setting and delivering on expectations and commitments
Knowledge of video streaming and ad serving ecosystem, advertising demand side platforms, data management platforms.
