Campaign Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Campaign Operations Coordinator to support the planning, configuration and execution of recurring campaigns and customer engagement activities.

You will be responsible for turning approved campaign plans into accurate, timely and measurable execution. This includes system configuration, scheduling, quality checks, content coordination and post-launch verification.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, QA and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain campaigns, activities, rewards and recurring offers through internal systems.
• Manage campaign schedules and ensure activities are prepared and launched on time.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch checks to ensure campaign settings, content and rewards are accurate.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, Marketing and Design teams on campaign requirements and deliverables.
• Track campaign progress, identify potential issues and escalate them promptly.
• Maintain campaign documentation and support post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, product operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management, system configuration or back-office platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Good project coordination, organisation and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good English & Chinese communication skills.
