What to Expect

Tesla is seeking an experienced and analytical Project Manager to join our Americas Sales and Delivery Organization, supporting the Business Generation team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of outbound programs designed to increase brand awareness, drive top-of-funnel demand, and improve conversion.

As a Business Generation Project Manager – Campaign Analytics, you will own program performance: defining KPIs, building scalable reporting, and translating data into clear recommendations and strategy that improve field and national outcomes. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex multi-channel initiatives, and build systems and resources that help Tesla’s field teams execute consistently and measure what works. Your contributions will have a direct, measurable impact on campaign volume, engagement, opportunity creation, and conversion.

This role can be located at any Sales, Service or Delivery location in the United States.

What You'll Do

• Own performance measurement across Business Generation channels - events, paid media, and earned media - including KPI definition, dashboarding, weekly/QTD recaps, and executive-ready insights to identify trends, gaps and optimization opportunities
• Build and manage centralized field enablement resources - toolkits, playbooks, request portals, and reporting templates - that support a repeatable, data-informed go-to-market motion
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities across channels; prioritize investments based on performance, efficiency, and strategic fit
• Design and improve workflows through automation, standardization, and best practices - reducing manual effort and improving data quality and speed-to-insight

Expected Compensation

$88,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
