Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day creative trafficking and ad operations for global campaigns across social, programmatic, display, OTT, and video channels.
• Maintain centralized creative specifications, requirements, platform documentation, and vendor information.
• Build and manage workback schedules covering creative deadlines, campaign launches, flight dates, and timeline changes.
• Coordinate with Media Buying, Marketing, Planning, and Creative stakeholders to communicate campaign updates and upcoming launches.
• Validate asset delivery, formats, platform specifications, tagging, and naming conventions; identify discrepancies and provide basic platform-based creative recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative trafficking or ad operations.
• Experience with CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, or similar ad operations platforms.
• Knowledge of creative formats and specifications for display, video, native, social, and OTT.
• Strong organization, documentation, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and shifting priorities while collaborating with media and creative stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
