The Role

We're looking for a Detailer to make sure every van that leaves our shop — or rolls into a customer's driveway — looks as good as it drives. You'll handle the final interior and exterior clean before customer pickup, get vans show-ready for quality control and for potential buyers, and help keep our lot and display vans looking sharp. This is a great fit for someone who takes real pride in a spotless finish, works well independently, and doesn't mind a physical, hands-on day.

What You'll Do

● Give every van a final interior and exterior clean before it heads out for customer pickup

● Clean vans for final quality control inspection once a build is complete, or for customer showings

● Keep our building exterior, parking lot, and display vans clean and presentable

● Move vans around our property as needed for visibility and day-to-day logistics

● Assist as needed with clean and prep for vans returning from expos, meet ups and other events.

● Drive vans to and from outsourced upgrade work (like wheel, tire, and suspension installs) as needed

● Show up reliably and on time — attendance is a core part of keeping this role running smoothly

What You Bring

● A sharp eye for detail and real pride in a thorough, consistent clean

● Reliability and the ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately

● A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

● Comfort with physical work — climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and getting in and out of vans all day

● High energy and a positive, can-do attitude

● Previous auto detailing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is an active, hands-on role split between our shop, lot, and the vans themselves — expect frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing in and out of vehicles throughout the shift, along with comfort climbing and working from a 12-foot ladder. You'll regularly handle cleaning supplies and equipment (generally up to 25–35 lbs) and work with cleaning chemicals, so following PPE and hazard-communication guidance is required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are needed, since the role includes driving vans on-site and to outside vendors. The pace is independent and detail-focused, with priorities shifting across customer pickups, quality-control cleans, and display prep throughout the day.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $19.00–$24.00 per hour, depending upon experience
