About MixCertificate

MixCertificate is a digital certificate platform that helps colleges, communities, training institutes and organizations create, manage and distribute professional certificates at scale.

For college events, MixCertificate enables organizers to issue digital certificates while helping colleges, events and sponsors gain additional visibility through certificate branding and social sharing.

About the Role

We are looking for Campus Ambassadors to help MixCertificate connect with college event coordinators, student clubs, faculty coordinators and event organizers.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify upcoming college events and introduce MixCertificate as a free digital certificate solution.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in community building, partnership & outreach while working with a growing SaaS product.

What You Will Do

• Identify upcoming college events such as hackathons, fests, workshops, competitions and seminars.
• Connect with student event coordinators, clubs and faculty coordinators.
• Introduce MixCertificate and explain its benefits.
• Help event organizers get free digital certificates for their participants.
• Explain how college, event and sponsor branding can be included on certificates.
• Encourage participants to share certificates on LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Help organizers collect event details, branding assets and participant lists.
• Follow up with coordinators and move leads through the onboarding process.
• Maintain leads and event activities in the MixCertificate tracker.
• Identify potential sponsors and branding opportunities for larger events.
• Share feedback from colleges, coordinators and students with the MixCertificate team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a college degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching people and starting conversations.
• Active in college clubs, communities or events is a plus.
• Interested in sales, marketing, startups or technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn and basic online tools.

Previous sales experience is not required.
