GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar, is a reputed autonomous institution offering Diploma, B.Tech, M.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, MBA, Ph.D., BBA and BCA programmes, with students primarily from Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Eligibility

• Graduate or above.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in facility/campus management or similar operations.
• Good leadership, supervisory, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

The Campus Manager shall be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of institutional facilities and services, including those at hired/leased premises outside the campus.

• Canteen: Supervise food services, staff, hygiene, procurement, consumption and related expenditure.
• Transportation: Supervise owned/hired vehicles, staff deployment, fuel consumption, maintenance, records and statutory compliance.
• Maintenance & Utilities: Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other maintenance and utility services.
• Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and proper upkeep of the campus, hostels and other institutional premises.
• Assets & Vendors: Monitor institutional assets and supervise contractors, vendors and service agencies.
• Reporting: Maintain necessary records, report significant operational issues and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.
