Campus Operation Officer

About the role

This role encompasses social media and community operations, campus ambassador management, and campus marketing operations. You will plan and create content across social media platforms, manage campus communities, recruit and train Campus Ambassadors and Key Opinion Consumers, and execute campus marketing campaigns and events.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms
• Develop content calendars, publish posts, engage with online communities, and analyze content performance
• Manage and grow campus communities by increasing user engagement and segmenting users based on their interests
• Collaborate with the Content, Product, and Training teams to create engaging content and communicate product features effectively
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Campus Ambassadors and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs)
• Build and maintain relationships with ambassadors and campus influencers
• Assign monthly campaigns and tasks, including content creation, product experience, and campus activities
• Collect student feedback, monitor campus trends, and identify opportunities to improve brand engagement
• Plan and execute campus marketing campaigns and events, such as back-to-school campaigns, graduation activities, and new product launches
• Coordinate with universities, student organizations, clubs, and campus media to ensure successful event execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and campus marketing
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LINE
• Experience in campus activities, student organizations, ambassador programs, or community management is a plus
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage
