  • Ensure all faculty observations and academic reporting (attendance, grades, SAP) are completed accurately and on time.
  • Champion a student-centered environment that promotes engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Lead retention and persistence strategies with the Student Persistence Specialist, Deans, and Registrar.

Enrollment, Retention & Financial Accountability

  • Achieve or exceed enrollment start goals; ensure full compliance with admissions and packaging processes.
  • Drive retention and graduation rates aligned with budget and institutional benchmarks.
  • Partner with business office on collections and financial counseling strategies to minimize bad debt.
  • Maintain compliance with Title IV, FERPA, ADA, and accreditation standards.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Hire, coach, and retain high-performing department leaders.
  • Establish a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and campus updates to drive communication and alignment.
  • Promote professional development and training completion for all staff and faculty.

Compliance & Accreditation

  • Maintain audit readiness; achieve zero critical or repeat findings.
  • Ensure timely completion of corrective actions and submission of required reports.
  • Uphold accreditor and regulatory standards across all departments.

Community Engagement

  • Represent the institution with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, advisory boards, and community partners to strengthen placement outcomes and campus reputation.

  • Financial Health: Meets/exceeds revenue and margin goals; controls expenses and bad debt within thresholds.
