Campus Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop annual campus recruitment plan and budget, coordinate hiring needs, and track progress to ensure targets are met.
2. Oversee full-cycle campus recruitment execution, continuously improving efficiency and candidate experience.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key domestic and overseas universities, and design university cooperation programs to enhance employer branding.
4. Proactively source outstanding graduates globally and maintain a dedicated high-potential campus talent pool.
5. Maintain recruitment dashboards, generate regular analytical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization.
6. Drive iterative upgrades to campus recruitment systems and processes, and explore AI tools to boost hiring efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of campus recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in international or cross‑border campus hiring; experience with university partnership programs is preferred.
3. Familiar with the international university landscape, with strong cross‑cultural communication skills; fluent in English and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
4. Proficient in Excel, SQL, or similar tools, with strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking.
5. Strong project management and cross‑functional coordination skills; responsible and resilient under pressure.
