Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history review, and initial triage to determine urgency levels.
• Manage patient check-in and registration processes.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations.
• Maintain detailed and organized medical records, documenting all patient interactions with precision according to policies
• Coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Provide health education and coaching on topics such as medication administration, pain management, nutrition, and chronic disease management

Experience

• Proven nursing experience in diverse settings.
• Experience working with young adults in an educational setting
• Excellent patient assessment skills combined with a compassionate approach to behavioral health support and needs assessments
