Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java, MySQL, Git, and Camunda 8 to design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions.

Job Description

• Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda 8 BPM platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following industry best practices.
• Manage version control and collaboration using Git.
• Design and optimize MySQL database queries to support application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other systems and services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications incorporating Camunda BPM workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java services.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to align solutions with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Document technical designs, processes, and project deliverables for knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills

• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN standard.
• Experience with Camunda Platform 8, specifically Zeebe, Operate, and Modeler.
• Experience with microservices architecture, gRPC, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for self-managed setups.
