A Camunda Architect job involves

designing and implementing business process automation (BPA) solutions using the Camunda platform

. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, defining the technical architecture, integrating with other systems, and providing guidance to development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Camunda, related technologies like Java and REST APIs, and strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Solution design: Architect and design end-to-end BPA solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs for Camunda-based applications.
• Process automation: Analyze business processes and workflows to automate them using the Camunda platform, including defining and implementing workflows, decision tables, and forms.
• Technical leadership: Define and implement the technical architecture, set best practices for development and deployment, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST APIs, Kafka, and other middleware.
• Performance and optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and availability of Camunda applications and environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet business goals and are delivered on time.

Required skills and experience

• Deep expertise in the Camunda platform , including process modeling and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture and designing scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware technologies like REST APIs and Kafka.
• Experience with development and deployment tools and practices, such as Docker and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
