Working as a Dairy/Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to build valuable skills in a fast paced retail environment. WHAT YOU'LL DOMaintain Department Organization and StandardsKeeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.Stock Rotation and Product QualityRotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.Pricing, Signing, and Inventory AccuracyEnsures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.Cold Chain, Food Safety, and SanitationAdheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.Merchandising and Feature MaintenanceMaintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.Safety, Cleanliness, and ComplianceMaintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
