C&B manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear concise and professional presentations on CB proposals policies and programs for senior management CHRO committees and the Board of Directors
• Communication of CB Policies Proposals: Assist in drafting and communicating compensation and benefits proposals ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and communicated effectively across all relevant stakeholders
• Approval Notes Documentation: Prepare approval notes policy documents and other formal communications related to CB initiatives ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leadership HR teams and committees to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and timely approvals
• Data Analytics Reporting: Analyze compensation and benefits data to support communication strategies and provide insights; assist with reports that help to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of CB offerings
• Day-to-Day CB Support: Provide ongoing assistance in the daily management of compensation and benefits programs including administration updates and general queries
• Problem Solving Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues related to compensation and benefits utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Policy Program Development Support: Support the development, communication and rollout of new CB policies and programs

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Communications or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Compensation Benefits HR communication or a related field with a focus on presentation preparation and policy communication
